- How much weight do you feel like you place on the opinions of others and the feedback you get from the outside? How much weight do you feel like you place on your own opinions about yourself?
- In what areas do you place more weight on the opinions of others than you do on your own opinion, and is that something you’re okay with or do you want to change that?
- Write about a time in your life when you placed more weight on what you believed about yourself than what you were being told from the outside about you.
- Do you agree to choosing to be even more self defined than you are?
