  • What parts of Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs tend to be the driving motivations behind your actions and behaviors?
  • Describe what the best version of you would be like.  What would they be proud of themselves for? How would they be to other people?
  • What are some small things you could do that will start taking you closer to that version of you?
